''A masterplan to form a sense of place within Cardiff Peninsula.''

Our Impact

The client brief included the submission of two planning applications, including an outline planning application for the masterplan and a detailed planning application for plot one. Both planning submissions were submitted to Cardiff Council on programme in Q3 2024.

The scheme has ambitious targets including to deliver between 900-1,200 homes of a mix of tenures and sizes, 20,900m2 of employment space, hotel and serviced apartments, deliciated car parking and high-quality public realm.

The site has been vacant for many years and to activate the site whilst the scheme is progressing through the design and planning phase, Radcliffes worked closely with the client team to establish temporary uses on-site with selected partners such as padel courts, mini golf, and a public area for screening live sports.
