Working closely with the client Radcliffes have undertaken several refurbishment and reconfiguration projects including kitchen amendments, new bathrooms and bespoke lighting and audio visual installation and mechanical and electrical upgrades. The works are often highly bespoke and involve careful selection of specialist trades and craftsmen.
Our Impact
Working closely with the client and principal contractor, the Radcliffes team ensured the works were finished to the highest standards with exceptional quality control. The license to alter process was managed seamlessly to minimise the potential for any delays or commercial implications. Working in an occupied building, regular communication and consultation with neighbouring residents was essential to the successful management of works.
