International House Brixton
International House is a 70,000 sq ft 11 storey building situated in the heart of Brixton.

Working closely with the consulting engineers, Radcliffes managed the process of developing a report to fully analyse the base build services and infrastructure in the building and the nearby Recreation Centre. Sourcing archive information and working with the on site facilities team to arrange access and co-ordinate technical surveys which were procured on a competitive basis.
Our Impact
Utilising the existing knowledge base of procuring specialist surveys within the Radcliffes team, we were able to ascertain the Employer’s Requirements and streamline specialist contractor involvement to mitigate delays and shorten the contractor mobilisation period.
Careful management of the programme of activities and agreed deliverables from contractor investigations and consultant reports ensured Radcliffes could keep the client informed at all times and the works were delivered to meet the programme and budget.
