Eaton Terrace Mews

Situated within a conservation area in a quiet mews off Sloane Square, the project involved the full redevelopment of the site, retaining the façade while extending the basement ahead of a full fit out with bespoke finishes throughout.

Our Role

''A residential property delivered to an exceptionally high standard, providing a highly desirable place to live.''

Radcliffes acted as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent for the redevelopment, engaged at an early stage to manage design development, neighbourly matters including party walls, managing the project through construction and post construction phases. The Radcliffes team oversaw site activities ensuring the works progressed in accordance with the budget, programme and design requirements.

An important aspect related to interfacing with the Grosvenor Estate and ensuring all necessary consents and licence to alter were in place.

Our Impact

Working closely with the client, architect and principal contractor, the Radcliffes team ensured the works were finished to the highest standards with exceptional quality control. The license to alter process was managed efficiently, with regular reporting to the Grosvenor Estate to minimise the potential for any delays.
