A large estate spanning 7 acres in central London comprising over 1,200 privately rented apartments including gym, spa and restaurant facilities. Dolphin Square has a rich history offering a unique living experience to its occupants.

Acting as project manager on a number of different worksteams across the Estate. One of the most significant roles included the assembly of a design team, managing the programme and design development towards a major planning application for the redevelopment of the site.
Other works undertaken include refurbishment works, feasibility and concept design, strategic programme and risk management and co-ordination and management of central infrastructure replacement works.
Our Impact
Utilising our existing knowledge of the estate and key personnel Radcliffes were able to de-risk key elements of design, procurement and programme implications from an early stage across a number of different project workstreams.
