Design Centre Chelsea Harbour is a world renowned design destination and home to the finest interior designers and suppliers. The addition of a unique exhibition space and additional showroom spaces was a long awaited development which was eagerly received by the Centre and its tenants.

Our Role

At 12,000 sq ft, every aspect has been conceived to create a spectacular setting, with the impressive four-storey height an outstanding feature.''

Radcliffes acted as Project Manager and Contract Administrator to coordinate the procurement and delivery of this unique scheme with a host of bespoke features, each bringing its own challenges. Containing some of the largest curved glass panels in Europe and discreet yet state of the art lighting and AV for full exhibition utilisation.

Ensuring that the scheme was delivered to the exacting standards of the Centre while accommodating significant design refinement commensurate with the design pedigree of the Centre was challenging. Through detailed, close liaison with the property owners, Radcliffes delivered an unparalleled quality of service.

Our Impact

Providing the client and centre management with a single point of contact for the project and offering our expertise to minimise disruption to the live elements of the centre during the works was critical to the successful operation and occupation of the Centre.
